Why does Catalyst support Emerging Leaders? It’s simple. Our mission is to transform how people lead in food. We need more people prepared to take care of people, be courageous, and amplify the good in the world. We believe providing the Emerging Leader Program honors our commitment to that.

What Catalyst provides:
- The opportunity to strengthen personal and professional skills, gain a deeper understanding of coaching and leadership, and build connections with a diverse network of peers
- A seat in the next Technical Leader Bootcamp cohort that includes online modules, materials, live group coaching sessions, and coaching check-ins
- Progress meetings during Bootcamp with a sponsor (such as a manager, leader, or HR representative) to review progress and opportunities
- Catalyst Community is a space for members to continue practicing, learning, sharing, and reflecting through the leadership journey in a community with support and accountability
- Pay what you can option as we believe Emerging Leaders deserve support by meeting them where they’re at. We simply ask you invest a minimum of $100.
What Emerging Leaders provide:
- Written and video testimonials of their experience, grant use of their photo, name, role, and organization’s logo for Catalyst to share in marketing materials
- Personal social media posts sharing their experience through the Emerging Technical Leader Collective
- Participation in Catalyst’s special events featuring Emerging LeadersÂ
- Scheduled sessions with their direct leader and human resource representative to share experience, provide feedback and build connectionsÂ
